    SAF Gold Instant Yeast – 100g in resealable bag
    SAF Gold Label instant yeast is for sweet breads and other yeasted sweet baked goods. “Sweet” here is defined as baked goods where the sugar content of the recipe is about 10% or more of the weight of the flour in the recipe.
    For “regular” lean breads, use Saf Red Label or Red Star yeast.
    It is a high potency, fast acting yeast that can be added directly to your dry ingredients without it having to be activated in water first. SAF Instant Yeast is more than twice as active as regular compressed yeast.
