How to use
1.Each sachet contains 25 grams of agar-agar powder.Pour powder into 2.5 litres of water(about 10 rice bowls),cook and stir until boil.
2.Add in 0.5 kg.of sugar and keep stirring for another 5 minutes,or until totally dissolve. Flavourings and colour can be added as desired.
3.Pour into mould or tray and let it cool and become solid.For better taste,store in refrigerator before serving.
