Heat resistance, weather resistance and adhesion.
Tape left over after initial installation can be used for repairs such as spoke replacement.
Installation of the tubeless kit requires some basic mechanical skills and knowledge.
Kit includes:
Sealing tape - 1x Roll Acrylic 3M Double Sided Tape Strong Adhesive Attachment
Protective sheet - PVC 1.8m
Air valves - φ8.2
White gloves
Sticker PVC - 128pcs
Other things needed for the installation process:
degreaser/brake/parts cleaner, alkaline detergent, clean cloth/rag, scissors, tapered cutter knife, sand paper(#100-200), hair dryer.
Steps of treatment of the spokes wheel tubeless tire:
1.Use diesel or gasoline to clean up the oil on the inner surface of the wheel.
2.Wait about half an hour for the diesel/gasoline to evaporate.
3.Use alcohol to clean the inner surface of the wheel for the second time.
4.Take out the protective layer and overlap the reserved hole of the protective layer with the valve hole, reserve the starting point of the protective layer in the middle of the adjacent spoke holes, cut off the extra protective layer and put the protective layer aside for use.
5.Put a protective film on each spoke cap.
6.Keep away from the valve, select the gentle area between the two spoke holes and start to stick the paste strip, stretch the paste strip properly by hand to make it tight, rotate the rim and keep the paste strip in the center. Paste the entire rim circle.
7.Press the flannel with your hand to make the paste strip stick tightly with the rim circle and drive the air to the spoke cap.
8.Tear off the red protective film of the paste strip.
9.Stick the protective layer of the paste strip according to the position of the reserved hole and press it tightly.
10.Install the valve.
Tips:
After installing the tire, use soap water at the spoke hole to check for air leakage. If there is any air leakage, remove the paste strip at the leaking area and re-paste a new section of strip and protective layer, and press them tightly. Then attach a longer paste strip onto it.
