    Ferrotec -Temescal  Electron Beam Source, 4 X 40cc, Bottom Drive. Model 270-3CKB. Installed and was tested using only one pocket. Project was cancelled and unit was removed for system reconfiguration.  Source is like new condition with very limited amount of deposition material around one pocket and on top cover.
