This yeast is DCL Instant Dry Yeast from 10kg pack which has been repacked into smaller sachets. (Very similar to Allison's Easy Bake Yeast). Manufacturer's best before date is 12/2022, but because the original packet has been opened when repacked, the shelf life is about 6 months even though it will most likely work also after that. These has been repacked on 14th September 2020 or after, so the best before date on the packet is august 2022. Packed in zip lock stand up pouches that are heat sealed.
This yeast can be used in bread machines, I have not tried myself but I have had many customers who have succesfully used this in their bread machines.
DCL bakers' dried yeast is a high performance, consistent quality yeast. It is simple to use but careful observance of the correct yeasting level and dough processing temperature is important for best results. The yeast granules dissolve in liquid, making them active and releasing carbon dioxide which makes the bread dough rise. Simply add directly to flour to make delicious breads.
I know the price is higher than in the markets, but I have tried keeping it as low as possible and at this moment, it is the cheapest on eBay as far as I know.
