This dry malt powder helps simplify the baking process of yeast-raised products by reducing labor, production time, and cleanup. For exceptional baked goods, dry malt powder lends an improved rise, texture, and beautifully brown crust. Providing fermenting enzymic activity, use it as a sourdough starter and to provide a slight sweetness and fluffy texture to homemade bread, rolls, doughnuts, pretzels, and crackers.
This dry malt powder contains malted barley flour, dextrose, and wheat flour. Great for hearth-type baked goods, you only need to use product measuring 0.5% to 1% of the flour weight, allowing for long-lasting use. When replacing liquid diastatic syrup, use it at the same levels and add an additional 4 ounces of water for every pound of dry malt used. As a free-flowing product, this malt powder allows for controlled mixing, smoother texture, and better fermentation. Plus, it contains no animal products, dairy, egg, soy, or other common allergens, so it's suitable for a wide range of customers and applications!

Returns

When returning an item, it must be in all of the original packaging and include all of the original accessories or items that came with it.
