Black Jelly also known as "Chao Kuai" in Thai, is a famous refreshing dessert
and cold drink in the form of sliced jelly cubes mixed with sugar syrup and water
and crushed ice or ice cubes.Variations of the water mixture may also include milk,
flavourings or other fruit toppings like jackfruit, pineapple, banana, and other fruit.
It is usually served chilled, with other toppings such as fruit, or in bubble tea or other drinks.
Directions :
1.Take 1 pack of powdered (200 grams), mixed with 400 grams of water.
Stir together for about 2 minutes and set aside.
2.Bring 1600 grams of water,set to boil (can adjust the amount of water to
1200,1600 or 2000 grams)
3.Take grass jelly powder with water (in item 1.) Mixed with boiling water.
Adjust to medium heat. Keep stirring until it boils and turn off the heat.
4.Pour on the mold, leave to cool
5.Bring the cubes into small pieces mixed with syrup. Brown sugar,
fresh milk or used in conjunction with other products
